What’s in a number? Great question. There’s a lot of numbers that are very important to us in life such as credit score, BMI, BP, and my favorite, minutes spent. So let’s talk about it a little bit and why these numbers are so important, because most people are running around chasing their dreams trying to complete to-do lists and making other people happy.
So here’s a good, one credit score. Credit score is a very important number if you don’t have the right score, it’s going to cost you more money and it’s going to increase your stress. The next one on the
list is age. Everybody’s concerned about their age when in fact age is just a number because the more you do other items, the more you work out, the more you exercise, more you take care of yourself, the lower your age is. Then we have BMI – body mass index. Everybody in the fitness world knows that one and they keep stressing the fact that you need to keep your body mass index numbers well. So here we go one day what can you do to do that look at some other numbers. How many pushups can you do? How many sit-ups can you do? How many steps do you take in a day? 10,000 is a great number there. Then of course, we have BP – blood pressure. That’s a number that also is misunderstood because going to your doctor and having your blood pressure taken; your blood pressure is normally going to be high from that stress. And then finally, my favorite, time spent. This is what the real number I think you need to concentrate on or I recommend time spent with family with friends with yourself and with God. Thank you.
