Allocating resources up properly is probably one of the biggest struggles a business owner has today they tended to take on too much and they spread themselves really thin having the ability to know that you’re overwhelmed is key and to where to find people that are going to be willing to support you either through employees and through delegation is going to be the most important we have to remember you had the idea how the business was started and it’s going to be your job to maintain that focus and make sure that you’re hitting your goals but also being reliant at the same time on the people that you bring on board to achieve.
